O-ring is in good condition, as the upper body is tight with the lower body. Coloring is in good condition, with discoloration and small blemishes (has mark on face, body, boots, head, along with other areas). Screws are rusted, they’ll need to be replaced. Joints are stiff due to lack of play and being stored for over 2 decades, but move freely. Figure has minor areas of scratches, scuffs and discoloration throughout.
