It's a World War 1 / World War 2 era piece with red, white and blue enameling on the front that reads "Citizens' Military Training Camps" and "National Defense", with "The Army of the United States - Regular Army Organized Reserves National Guard -" around the edge. The back has the small makers mark as shown. It's in good condition without any chips or cracks to the enamel.
