Description: For sale is a brand new with tags Carhartt WIP varsity jacket in an amazing purple polyester. Color is hard to capture so I added product shots as well. Size is a US Large. This Carhartt x Motown Varsity Jacket was released as part of a thirteen-piece capsule range that celebrates the 60th anniversary of Motown Records. The outer has a satin-like finish which adds a premium touch whilst wide ribbed trims wrap around the neckline, sleeve cuffs and hem of the body with a black and white two tone stripe pattern that encourage a secure but comfortable fit. The front is fastened by a full length zip and on the left side of the chest script writing reads ‘Motown & Carhartt’ in a curved line above ‘Detroit’ which signifies the special collaboration. Two welt pockets have been added at the waist and an internal pocket sits on the left side to keep any valuables out of sight. Decoration continues on the reverse through a large embroidered Motown ‘M’ emblem which has been stitched in white using a textural technique and underneath capitalized lettering reads ‘Carhartt WIP Motown Records’ with ‘Detroit, MI’ in bold underneath.
