This is for the cover only. Buyer needs an insert for the pillow. The pillow has a zipper for closure. Buyer is buying the one pillow cover that is shown in the main picture. The needlepoint is wool and is dry-clean only. It is handmade. The tag inside reads Made in France with other wording. This and the others I have listed were purchased from an estate in Carmel, Ca.
