Description: This is a beautiful and rare item from the Edwardian era circa 1900 or so. The skirt is made of netting with large Battenburg type lace appliqués in Chantilly lace style. It measures 24” at the waist and drops to 40” long at the front dipping to about 45” long at the back. I found a few small holes on the netting but considering the fragility of the fabric it is in amazingly good condition.
