You will have to buy ONE shipping label to pack and ship your device to my address. How long will it take overall?-I like to give myself the buffer of a few days to do all the drilling, sanding, soldering, testing, and fitting. So I've given it a handling time of 1-2 weeks, I don't expect it to ever take more than 2 weeks from you shipping it to you getting it back but I'm giving myself the room for that. What if there is serious damage to my device?-It's a simple mod job but it's not impossible for something to happen. I will do my best to make you whole, I have a large assortment of repair and replacement parts for these devices and can pull off a wide array of repairs though it is very unlikely to happen in the first place. What if I don't like the look of it?-Take a close look at the photos, while I've gotten better at doing these mods that is definitely the ballpark of quality you can expect, especially for something that is an addition to a designed plastic molding. If you find this quality unacceptable, you can attempt the mod yourself by buying one of my boards or forego the mod entirely (I believe there are 3DS-USBC cables for sale you can look into). What happens to my old charging port?-I usually keep it, if you'd like to have it just leave me a note or shoot me a message. Is it reversible?-Mostly yes, you can't add back plastic you've clipped or filed but the old charge port can be soldered back in and the plastic housing can be sourced from online retailers to replace the modified one. With the new version of the mod you'll have to source a new charge port to reverse it as I usually damage the old connector salvaging the brass contacts.
