Sometimes those contacts will come out on the module side during removal (See the picture in the listing for reference). THE CONTACT PRONGS MUST BE INSTALLED ON THE PUMP SIDE BEFORE RECONNECTING THE MODULE. If you do not install the module properly, the contacts will bend and touch each other, creating an electrical short that will destroy the VSA modulator. If your module is destroyed as a result of not following these instructions, your warranty will be voided. Please be advised. We highly recommend having the removal and installation of your ABS module performed by a professional mechanic, however DIY instructions are available.
