Made from .130" thick Nitro-V, the Unmei only weighs in at 3.5 ounces. Light and thin makes for a great slicer and a knife that won't be left at home! The beveled and contoured black G10 grips features diagonal texturing for a secure, but not too aggressive grip. The handles are attached with Grade 5 Titanium fasteners that are bronze anodized.
