If you hold down the switch in 'ON' position, the camcorder turns on, but only black screen shows (possibly due to bad CCD), and lens cover does not open automatically, and touch screen does not respond (see the 4th photo). The camcorder has to be sold as it is with no return or no guarantee for its working condition. Cosmetically the camcorder has sign of previous use with normal scratches on the casing as well as cracked top plastic frame (see the last photo), otherwise still is in great condition.
