No doll or accessories are included.The flannel robe has a pocket, a lace collar, and a ribbon tie. The white with pink polka dot pajama top has lace trim and a snap closure in the back. The white with pink polka dot pajama pants has an elastic string waistband has degraded from age and no longer holds its shape. The pants stay up fine on their own.Good vintage condition. The flannel robe fabric is pilling and the robes ribbon is fraying at the ends. The robe looks a bit dingy in certain light but in person I am not sure if it has very faint stains or if it is just the fabric color and shadow. The pants elastic is dried out and separated.
