The bottom of the lamp is marked with the model number and "Made in Japan". The lamp measures approximately 15-1/2 inches tall, 7 inches deep and 5 inches wide. We believe the lamp is made to be adjustable vertically but we were unable to make this function. The lamp is from an estate, untested and is sold as-is with no returns.
