Vintage Hand Forged Farm Barn Door Latch Hook Square Shaft 100 Year Farm Estate

Description: This is an original vintage hand forged farm building or gate latch hook in very nice condition. This hook came from an estate of a 100 year farm. The hook measures about 6" long and the hook part is about 4". The hole measures about 1/2" in diameter. The hook was apparently made from a 1/2" square shaft using a forge and anvil some 75 to 100 years ago. This is a very neat and very old farm primitive piece. If you think that might be the case, we will eagerly give you a direct quote upon knowing your zip code. We do feel, however, that quality packaging is more important than saving a few pennies.
