Vintage Hi-ker Spin Master Wooden Yoyo from late 1950s

Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This was in my husband’s box of items from long past. He got it when he was a kid, in the late 1950s. The photos show that he used this yoyo. The paint around the outside rim shows he walked the dog. He learned that, around the world, and rock the cradle with this yoyo. Or so he says. There is a string, but it has been there for over 50 years. The back side has “Club 64” scratched on it. This was a club his high school class formed to fund a Senior class trip. From his recollection they formed the club in 1959 or 1960. He told me that he stopped his yoyo activities in 1962 when he got his driver’s license. Please look closely at the photos.
