This is a first printing, and was produced for the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) event that took place at Madison Square Garden on June 17, 1983. This issue is standard magazine size, measuring approximately 8.25" wide by 10.75" tall, and contains 16 full-color pages (including covers). The cover feature is Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka and Andre the Giant, and articles or photo features include Jimmy Snuka, Sgt. Slaughter entering the spotlight, Bob Backlund, The Magnificent Muraco, 'Around the W.W.F.', Andre the Giant vs. Big John Studd, Rocky Johnson, The Wild Samoans, 'Wrestlers On the Move' (including George 'The Animal' Steele and Ivan Putski), Mr. Fuki, and Ivan Koloff, as well as ad pages, and the lineup for Madison Square Garden that night. Copies of this program were printed for several WWF events that took place during a given time period. The centerfold would change, given the local venue, and the lineup for that location's events. This centerfold shows that it was produced and distributed for the June 17, 1983 event at Madison Square Garden, which was the event where Sgt. Slaughter won his first World Wrestling Federation title, defeating Bob Backlund. The centerfold is shown in the last 2 photos for the listing. **The original owner of this issue wrote information about the matches on that lineup page, as shown in photos #23-24.** The issue shows much handling and wear, including spine ticks, spine creases, multiple finger bends on the covers, fingerprints, creases, crunches, indentations, and light marks, as well as the aforementioned writing on one page, as shown in the photos. The crunching at the top of the program prevents the copy from lying flat, as shown in photos #11-12. The issue would grade at about a 3.5 on a scale of 1-10. The pictures show the actual copy that the winner will receive. The issue will be bagged and boarded, and will be carefully packed for shipping.
